Nut Brown Ale 5.5% ABV

A classic southern English-style Nut Brown. Dark amber in colour, with a rich, toasty malt body complemented by crisp dry finish.

Cambridge Bitter  3.8% ABV

Traditional Ordinary Bitter brewed with Golden Promise Malt from Norfolk, England and UK grown Progress hops. Well balanced, slightly hoppy and extremely drinkable.

Mosaic Pale 4% ABV

Session American Pale Ale brewed with Mosaic hops.

DRAFT

Hoppy Lager  4.2% ABV

Brewed with a nice base of Pilsner Malt and a light touch of Crystal, and hopped with some nice fresh Loral hops from the Yakima Valley. Fermented slow at low temperature to stay nice and crisp.

Northwest IPA   6.7% ABV

American IPA brewed with a simple base of 2-row malt and hopped with PNW classic hops: Citra, Amarillo and Chinook.

Dark Lager   5.2% ABV

Dark Lager, brewed with German Pilsner and Munich Malts, and British Crystal and Chocolate malts. Hopped gently with Fuggles and fermented cool in our open fermenters. Smooth and creamy with mellow roasted character.

Invincible Lager  4.4% ABV

Session lager brewed in collaboration with Cascadia Gooners. Light, crisp and refreshing with a bit of British character from a portion of Maris Otter malt. Hopped with UK Goldings and Czech Saaz

Triticalewine  10% ABV

English-style Barleywine brewed with Triticale Malt from Skagit Valley malting. Hopped with British-grown Ernest, Godiva and Harlequin. This beer was brewed in November 2022 and cask and bottle conditioned for 12 months before release. Mellow and refined flavour with a wonderfully smooth texture.

Bruno – Still Barrel Aged Barleywine  13% ABV

Barleywine brewed with Maris Otter and Golden Promise malts and aged in Westland Whiskey barrels for 12 months. Bottle conditioned for very light carbonation and aged for a further 12 months.

Barrel Aged Imperial Stout  12.4% ABV

Imperial Stout aged in Westland Whiskey barrels for 12 months. Bottle conditioned for very light carbonation and aged for a further 12 months.

2023 Stock Ale  9.5% ABV

English-style Strong Ale aged in Westland Whiskey barrels for 12 months. Bottle (and cask) conditioned for several months.
