1890 Suffolk XXXX

Based on a recipe from Southwold, Suffolk UK, this XXXX Mild was brewed with Marris Otter and a large percentage of No. 1 Invert Sugar. Hopped at a fairly high rate with East Kent Goldings and whole-lead Hallertau Mittelfruh hops.
