New Zealand Pale Ale  4.5% ABV

Light and crisp Pale Ale brewed with 2-row and munich malts. Hopped in the kettle with Nelson Sauvin and Motueka, and the dry-hopped intensely with more Nelson and Motueka. Clean and super refreshing with those distinctive New Zealand hop aromatics of lime zest, stone-fruit and Sauvignon Blanc grapes.

Oatmeal Stout  6.2% ABV

Brewed with a heavy dose of Flaked Oats to give this classic Stout a comfortingly smooth body, with a rich malt sweetness balanced by the dry bitterness of Roasted Barley. Full bodied with delicious notes of chocolate and roast.

Tettnang Extra Pale Ale  6% ABV

Clean and crisp Strong Pale Ale, brewed with quality Pilsner Malt and whole-leaf German Tettnang hops. Open-fermented cool with classic Kolsch yeast, and cask and bottle-conditioned for several weeks to finish out wonderfully smooth.

Triticale Mild  3.9% ABV

Traditional Mild Ale brewed with a large proportion of malted and caramelized Triticale from Skagit Valley Malting. Delicious and complex malt character, complemented with fruity English hops Godiva and Ernest.

American Accent Pale Ale  5% ABV

Brewed in collaboration with Old Stove Brewing, the best way we can describe this beer is an English Pale Ale with an American Accent. Brewed with a classic British base of Maris Otter, Crystal Malt and hopped with Fuggles and Goldings. This beer was then open-fermented with Superbloom from Berkeley Yeast, an American Ale yeast that was engineered to produce the same terpenes found in Cascade hops. We chose this recipe to really highlight the effects of using this yeast strain, and the result is a very drinkable pale ale that tastes very much like it was hopped with Northwest classics rather than British hops.

Rabona IPA  6.8% ABV

Open-fermented and naturally carbonated IPA, brewed with a base of Pilsner and Pale malts and a touch of Munich. Hopped in the kettle and whirlpool with Nelson Sauvin and Galaxy, then dry-hopped with more Nelson, Galaxy and some Citra Cryo. Juicy, slightly hazy but still crisp and balanced with light bitterness.

Export India Porter  6.3% ABV

Inspired by 19th-century British Porters, hopped intensely with traditional and modern English hop varieties. Smooth roasted malt flavour is complemented by wonderfully deep hop character from numerous additions of low alpha varieties Fuggle and EKG. Finished with a small dry-hop of Harlequin to add some complex fruity aroma.

English Pale  4.6% ABV

Modern English Pale Ale, with classic British malt character and complex, fruity hop aromas from contemporary hop varieties and techniques. Brewed with a base of quality British Maris Otter and light specialty malts, with UK-grown Fuggle, Ernest and Harlequin adding layers of refreshing hoppiness.

Winter Warmer  7% ABV

This lovely full-bodied ale was brewed with lots of Rye and Crystal Rye Malt for a rich, boozy sweetness and a complex, tasty finish.

Pale Oat Mild  4.2% ABV

Brewed in collaboration with exciting new brewery Bizarre Brewing, and Slow Boat Tavern. Designed to highlight our shared dedication to characterful session beers, we started with good English Golden Promise Malt along with a hefty proportion of malted and caramelized oats in the mash. Hopped gently in the kettle with Hallertau Mittelfruh, First Gold and East Kent Goldings hops, this Mild is light, fruity and super refreshing with a really satisfying and unique malt profile.

Autumn Bitter  4.1% ABV

A well-balanced seasonal bitter perfect for going into fall weather. Crystal Rye and Brown Malt provide a subtle toasty malt character, complemented nicely by the spicy, fruity character of English First Gold and Jester hops.

Fresh Hop El Dorado Session IPA  4.5% ABV

Soft and juicy Session IPA brewed with freshly picked El Dorado hops from CLS Farms. Light and refreshing with sweet aromas of pineapple and stonefruit.

Fresh Hop HBC 586 Pale Ale  5.5% ABV

A Hoppy Pale Ale brewed with freshly picked HBC 586 from Loftus Ranches in Yakima. An experimental hop with really unique qualities, HBC 586 brings intense aromas of juicy grapefruit, strawberry and a little spice. We complemented these aromatics with a little crystal malt for a kind of modern/old-school hybrid pale.

XX  7.4% ABV

Brewed in collaboration with Floodland of Seattle and Heirloom Rustic Ales of Tulsa. This Strong Pale Mild Ale is our modern interpretation of a 19th Century XX. Brewed with 100% Maris Otter Malt and hopped heavily in the kettle with Fuggles and Goldings, and in the hopback with whole-leaf Hallertau Mittelfruh. A unique beer representing shared elements of our three breweries’ styles.
