Norfolk Bitter 4.1% ABV
English-style Bitter brewed for our 12th Anniversary. We used a good chunk of quality British Brown Malt in the mash along with some Crystal and Rye malts for a robust flavour and body despite its light and refreshing abv. Hopped with some First Gold and Admiral from the UK, and just a subtle seasoning of Citra.
Stinging Nettle Ale 5.4% ABV
Every year we bring a whole bunch of freshly picked young Stinging Nettles from Vashon Island back to the brewery and boil them in a sweet, malty amber wort (also with some hops). The result is an Amber Ale that delivers a unique blend of spicy and herbaceous flavors that create a striking balance.
Bramling Cross Pale 5% ABV
Hopped with 100% UK-grown Bramling Cross hops, this pale ale is a quiet refresher that showcases one of the unsung gems of the hop world. A very pleasant English Pale Ale.
Oyster Stout 4.7% ABV
Easy-drinking dry stout brewed with Hama Hama Oyster shells in the kettle. Brewed with plenty of Roasted malt and a Flaked Barley for a super smooth body, and conditioned naturally in cask and bottle.

Traditional Ordinary Bitter brewed with Golden Promise Malt from Norfolk, England and UK grown Progress hops. Well balanced, slightly hoppy and extremely drinkable.

Invincible Lager 4.4% ABV
Session lager brewed in collaboration with Cascadia Gooners. Light, crisp and refreshing with a bit of British character from a portion of Maris Otter malt. Hopped with UK Goldings and Czech Saaz
Northwest IPA 6.7% ABV
American IPA brewed with a simple base of 2-row malt and hopped with PNW classic hops: Citra, Amarillo and Chinook.
Dark Lager 5.2% ABV
Dark Lager, brewed with German Pilsner and Munich Malts, and British Crystal and Chocolate malts. Hopped gently with Fuggles and fermented cool in our open fermenters. Smooth and creamy with mellow roasted character.
English-style IPA 5.6% ABV
Our modern interpretation of an English-style IPA. Brewed with a nice malty base, and well-hopped with a combination of carefully selected hops from Britain, Europe and USA.
Special Bitter 4.6% ABV
English-style Special Bitter, brewed with classic and modern ingredients. Plenty of Crystal Malt character, balanced by UK hops WGV, Admiral and Jester. Open fermented with traditional Yorkshire Ale yeast.
