Not New! Northwest IPA   6.7% ABV

American IPA brewed with a simple base of 2-row malt and hopped with PNW classic hops: Citra, Amarillo and Chinook.

Dark Lager   5.2% ABV

Dark Lager, brewed with German Pilsner and Munich Malts, and British Crystal and Chocolate malts. Hopped gently with Fuggles and fermented cool in our open fermenters. Smooth and creamy with mellow roasted character.

Pilsner   4.6% ABV

Bright and crisp Pilsner, brewed simply with Weyermann Pilsner malt and hopped with Saaz and Saphir. Fermented slowly at cold temperature with classic German lager yeast.

Ponderosa Pale  4.6% ABV

English-style Pale Ale brewed in collaboration with Ponderosa Beer and Books in Bellingham, WA. Crisp but full-bodied Pale, brewed with Maris Otter and specialty malts and hopped with Whitbread Golding Variety.

The Roots of the Mountain (Holy Mountain Barleywine)  13% ABV

Brewed with British Maris Otter and a large portion of crystal, malted and chocolate rye. This beer went through a double mash, collecting only the sweetest and most concentrated runnings going into the kettle. An extended boil concentrated the wort even further. After fermentation, it rested for two years in Kentucky Rye Whiskey barrels that were previously used to finish Smoke Wagon Straight Rye Whiskey.

2023 Stock Ale  9.5% ABV

English-style Strong Ale aged in Westland Whiskey barrels for 12 months. Bottle (and cask) conditioned for several months.

Special Bitter  4.6% ABV

English-style Special Bitter, brewed with classic and modern ingredients. Crystal Malts, Fuggles and Goldings hops plus modern UK variety, Emporer. Open fermented with traditional Yorkshire Ale yeast.

English-style IPA  5.6% ABV

Our modern interpretation of an English-style IPA. Brewed with a nice malty base, and well-hopped with a combination of carefully selected hops from Britain, Europe and USA.

HBC 586 IPA  6.4% ABV

American IPA brewed with freshly picked, unkilned HBC 586 hops from Perrault Farms in Toppenish, WA

Porter 5.4% ABV

A classic Brown Porter with notes of chocolate malt and a clean finish. Pours a deep, dark reddish-brown, with lovely aromas of cocoa, caramel and dried fruits.

Export India Porter  6.3% ABV

Inspired by 19th-century British Porters, hopped intensely with traditional and modern English hop varieties. Smooth roasted malt flavour is complemented by wonderfully deep hop character from numerous additions of low alpha varieties Fuggle and EKG. Finished with a small dry-hop of Harlequin to add some complex fruity aroma.

Triticalewine  10% ABV

English-style Barleywine brewed with Triticale Malt from Skagit Valley malting. Hopped with British-grown Ernest, Godiva and Harlequin. This beer was brewed in November 2022 and cask and bottle conditioned for 12 months before release. Mellow and refined flavour with a wonderfully smooth texture.

Bruno – Still Barrel Aged Barleywine  13% ABV

Barleywine brewed with Maris Otter and Golden Promise malts and aged in Westland Whiskey barrels for 12 months. Bottle conditioned for very light carbonation and aged for a further 12 months.

Barrel Aged Imperial Stout  12.4% ABV

Imperial Stout aged in Westland Whiskey barrels for 12 months. Bottle conditioned for very light carbonation and aged for a further 12 months.

FH Citra IPA  6.4% ABV

IPA brewed with freshly picked, unkilned Citra hops from Carpenter Ranches in Granger, WA.

Galaxy Pale  4% ABV

Session American Pale Ale brewed with Galaxy hops from Australia.

London Lager  4.9% ABV

Collab w/Lowercase Brewing. Our 6th vintage boasts a blend of Simpsons Lager and Simpsons Marris Otter whilst a new collaborative hop between England and the Czech Republic boasts its rather fruit-forward nose. The hops is called “Most”, pronounced moss-t. Try it on cask while it lasts!

Stinging Nettle Ale  5.4% ABV

Amber Ale brewed with fresh Stinging Nettles hand picked by our brewers on Vashon Island. Spicy, herbaceous, and deliciously balanced. This special seasonal beer is an annual Springtime treat.

Pilsner (collab w/Lowercase Brewing)  5.1% ABV

German-style Pilsner brewed in collaboration with our good friends Lowercase Brewing. Clean and crisp Pilsner, brewed simply with Weyermann Pilsner malt and hopped with Mittelfruh and Saphir. Open-fermentation and cask/bottle conditioning make this a unique Machine House version of a classic style, with a wonderfully smooth and gentle carbonation.

Session Pale Ale  4% ABV

Sessionable Pale Ale brewed with a combination of traditional and modern processes and ingredients. Hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe Hops.

Beveridge 60 Shilling  3.5% ABV

Scottish-style 60 Shilling Ale, brewed in collaboration with Beveridge Place Pub as their prize for winning March Mildness 2024! This is our take on a traditional Scottish Light Ale: full of complex character and balance while remaining extremely light and quaffable. Brewed with Scottish Ale malt, and specialty grains and dark sugars, this light ale is a perfect cask beer for drinking over many hours while the weather turns slightly Scottish.

Pale Oat Mild (collab w/Bizarre Brewing)  4.2% ABV

Designed to highlight our shared dedication to characterful session beers, we started with good English Golden Promise Malt along with a hefty proportion of malted and caramelized oats in the mash. Hopped gently in the kettle with Hallertau Mittelfruh, First Gold and East Kent Goldings hops, this Mild is light, fruity and super refreshing with a really satisfying and unique malt profile.

Autumn Bitter  3.9% ABV

A well-balanced seasonal bitter perfect for going into fall weather. Crystal Rye and Brown Malt provide a subtle toasty malt character, complemented nicely by the spicy, fruity character of English First Gold and Jester hops.

The Second First One  3.9% ABV

English-style Bitter brewed to commemorate the first brew in our new location in Hillman City. Just like “The First One” in 2023, this is a light ale brewed with a blend of quality British caramel malts, this beer was hopped with East Kent Goldings and modern German hop Mandarina Bavaria. Open-fermented and cask-conditioned. Low ABV with a bright, refreshing hop character, The Second First One is a great little Bitter for the last days of Summer.

Mosaic Pale 4% ABV

Session American Pale Ale brewed with Mosaic hops.

2022 Vintage Ale  7.4% ABV

English Strong Ale, brewed for our 9th Anniversary. Rich and full-bodied ale designed for drinking fresh or aging for years to come, comparing to future vintages. Rich and velvety smooth, with notes of dark caramel, toasted grains and strong marmalade that will develop nicely over time.

2023 Barleywine Ale  12.5% ABV

English-style Barleywine brewed with Golden Promise Malt and Invert Sugar. Hopped with First Gold hops and open-fermented with traditional London Ale yeast. Bottle conditioned for 10 months to allow the beer to develop some smoothness and complexity; perfect to enjoy now or to age for years to come.

Oatmeal Stout 6.2% ABV

Brewed with a heavy dose of Flaked Oats to give this classic Stout a comfortingly smooth body, with a rich malt sweetness balanced by the dry bitterness of Roasted Barley. Full bodied with delicious notes of chocolate and roast.

A traditional base of Simpsons Lager malt and Crisp Floor Malted Maris Otter with some of the finest East Kent Goldings. We decided to recruit some Hallertau Mittelfruh hops from Germany because Lowercase are Mittelfruh Children.
