The purpose of the Project Firkin program is to elevate the conversation around cask beer. We’re blending tradition with modern excitement while encouraging a collaborative community of brewers and enthusiasts.
The tagline is “Keep It Fresh” since cask beer is a living product and must be handled with special care. We intend to continue that level of care with this program; therefore, we aim to make it both inclusive and community-strengthening.
Building on a legacy of excellence, Charles Faram is proud to unveil this new initiative that merges centuries of tradition with a modern passion for brewing.

Our Extra Hoppy Bitter, brewed with UK grown Harlequin and Olicana hops, is the first release in Charles Faram Hops’ Project Firkin!
We will have this special new beers on cask and can-conditioned to go. The folks from Charles Faram will be here to celebrate and have some swag and hops samples for you. Hope to see you there 🍻
